This snack requires no preparation. Just toss them in a plastic baggie and GO! Great for school/work lunch breaks, while running errands, or whatever it is that you do during the day. You won’t ever feel guilty munching away on healthy alternatives to popcorn, chips, or candy.

Cashews are rich in iron, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium and zinc. They are also good sources of phytochemicals, antioxidants, and protein. Which ultimately helps your bones, nerves, heart, hair, and skin.

Dried Montmorency cherries are tart with a hint of sweetness.

They also have an extensive list of heart health benefits and also contain melatonin which helps regulates our sleep cycle. I know someone with gout who’s doctor recommended eating them to reduce muscle soreness naturally and safely.
