Chocolate & Pecan Chips

Here’s a quick and easy method that I use to make yummy cupcakes. Just sprinkle mini chocolate chips and pecan chips on top of freshly frosted chocolate cupcakes. The flavor is really rich. To some people it may even taste too sweet but it’s a cupcake for Pete’s sake, so what’d ya expect?
