World Vision sent me a photo of Carolina sitting next to the gifts that were mailed back in May. It’s nice seeing her smiling face. It’d be nice to see yours too. May God bless you and all of your loved ones year-round. Oh, and guess what I found?

A second photo inside the envelope and I couldn’t help but notice that it wasn’t Carolina.
This little girl is named Maria, it was written on the back of the photograph. I returned it the other day and wrote a letter to World Vision explaining how Maria’s photo was accidentally mixed in with my correspondence from Carolina.
Honesty really is the best policy. If ever a photo were to be delivered to the wrong person in the future I’d like to think that other sponsors would realize how special the photos truly are and return them as well. Unintentional mistakes happen from time to time but Maria’s proper sponsor should get it soon.
