This was my first time ever eating fish that well, looked like a fish. My best friend Patrick ordered sea bass and let me try a bite. I honestly didn’t even know how to begin eating this because it looked scary. He said just glide the fork gently across the bone to get the meat off.
The brown sauce was spicy peanut and the white sauce was creamy coconut but together it was so flavorful. You cannot even imagine how good this Thai cuisine was. I seriously wanted to scrape the sauce off the head with a spoon but didn’t.
The “don’t judge a book by it’s cover” life lesson we were taught as children came into play that day for sure. If I would have let the way it looked stop me from trying it my taste buds would have missed out on a memorable mouthful.
