Cosmus & Monica gave their entire wedding party 10 scratch off tickets a piece. Five out of ten were WINNERS. How’s that for luck? I don’t gamble so I had to visit the Ohio Lottery website to see where I could cash them in. Needless to say I was appreciative for the gifts.
